last night i took out all the rocks out of my 200gl.to make room for my 8 6-8'' frontosa's,this morning water is all cloudy i did not move that coral sand it all just the rocks....i don't get it I've done this before and never seen this happen before......

Did you check your water parameters....Rocks can harbor a good amount of beneficial bacteria...I would imagine you are having a bacteria bloom or possibly an ammonia spike or both....I would test ammonia possibly a large water change might clear things up. If everything is in line use some carbon and floss to buffer the water...should clear up pretty fast.

thanks i'll do that,i have done this before and everything was fine i dont know what happen this time..thanks oh!!! one more thing i called the guy that has pet shop by my house he told me i should just leave it alone for two day and dont feed them...is this ok also???

A clowdy tank means something is out of wack...definately check your parameters, ammonia esp. maintain accordingly...if there is ammonia present you should add an ammonia locking product like prime and/or a water change...You wouldn't want to leave it if something is wrong and loos any fish.

you are right i am checking the water and the my frontosa's every 10mnts....so-far looks fine water starting to clear out....i did add ammonia lock thank you for your time very much... Smile
