| You know, this black background with white text is very difficult to read. It actually kind of hurts my eyes. Anybody have this problem? | |

| The background is actually medium gray with white text....Maybe your comp. color settings are a bit off. Sorry you are having trouble reading things...this is actually the first time I have had anyone have an issue with it! | |

| Well all I can think is that it may be your service provider or your browser settings. | |

| Wouldn't be the service provider. But browser settings and OS could be. I just did some testing. Laptop: Windows XP Firefox - Grey IE - Grey Opera - Black Desktop: OpenBSD/Gnome Firefox - Black Opera - Black Phone: Treo/PalmOS Blazer: Grey Opera: Black and for utter inconsistency, I checked the Opera browser on the Wii and it turned up grey. | |

| It may be just a rendering thing as well. The grey it's set to is really really dark. #0D0D0D is what's set. MC does it give you an option to set it by number or do you just get to pick from a list of colors? Check out here and see what it comes up as for ya. http://www.colorhunter.com/tag/0D0D0D/1 If you can, maybe try switching to #212121? Little brighter grey but should work for people where it's showing up black. http://www.colorhunter.com/tag/212121/1 | |

| Huh. Both the quote box and the background come up as 0D0D0D when I use Colorzilla to get the numbers. The greys also look identical to my eyes on my laptop.
I went through the code though and your totally right on the different shades of grey. I'm stumped why it's showing up slightly different each place though.
For the record, no matter what shade of grey or black I end up with on any of the computers I use, it's always looked good and has been readable to me. | |

| I get gray on the laptop and the desktop. I wonder if it is the color quality settings on the display properties menu? | |
