| They look great. Are they hard to keep? I hear about people "trying to get them stable" but have no idea what that means. I assumed it meant they were a fairly delicate fish. | |

| Some of them are stable and some aren't.....What this means is there color. Unstable Dats are dark almost black with spotty lines and not very nice. Stable are solid bright colors Orange, yellow, solid black stripes...Some time this can be attributed to bad water, fish stress, fight against other dats. The indo's by far are the easyest to keep by far just keep water clean, and add some salt from time to time. They can be hard to train to eat pellets but seem to take redily to frozen foods. | |

| What size are they and what type? Mine are indos, but i have rasied thin bars, New Guinnie tigers, Silver dats, just can't get my hands on a wide bar. Stabilization can depend on many variables, Do you use Salt? What other fish are in the tank that may disturb them. | |
