im breeding rams and do they like the slate angled if so how much or do they like it flat please help

I don't know about Rams specifically but every cichlid I've ever had breed here has loved clay flower pots.

The slate should work fine angled or flat. The fish will find the best spot for themselves. I had a tank with flat rocks, driftwood, etc. and the rams spawned in a small pit they dug in the substrate. It all depends on the fish I guess.
