New fish....well I never said anything about it but I am now. I had to put down one of my Fancy Goldfish a couple weeks ago. She had a bad swim bladder and it had been getting worse over the last six months or so. It was getting so bad her underside was getting chapped from being upside down out of the water so much....I could tell she was suffering. I put her down out of her misery. I also had a male guppy I bought die on me which messed up my male female ratio for my breeding project.

Next I had noticed that sense my GT had the velvet and the 55g is back to normal and sense I put the acaras with the GT and the Convict there has been something going on. I noticed the GT had her vent out....I always thought she was a he. Anyway I was doing a water change and noticed she laid a whole bunch of eggs!!!!

I guess I will get to the point now. I bought a male guppy to replace the one that died...yay. I also picked up a new Fancy Goldie to replace the one I had to put down! Well I also purchased another GT which I am pretty sure is a male so I am hoping to have a breeding pair of blue acaras and a pair of Green Terrors. I have so much going on in the way of possible breeding right now it is crazy....with the new BN plecos I hope to have a full house soon.....Gonna have to get a few more tanks before summers end.!!!!

Sounds like your enjoying your self and more tanks before summer, all sounds good to me.

Yeah tell me about it wyite....I did a huge switch around today will get to that later.

My GT did the same thing yours did, she laid eggs with out the presents of a male. I hope everything goes well with the breeding MC!!
