New Rainbowfish

Thanks to FWM's photo contest I was able to pick up 5 rainbowfish yesterday. I'll try to get some pics of them today when they color up a bit more. I supposedly have 3 australian rainbows and 2 turquoise rainbows...although one of the "australians" looks very different from the others and has some vertical banding instead of the horizontal. They are very nice fish.

So here's some pics of my rainbows I picked up yesterday. There's 5 total. Supposedly 2 turquoise and 3 australian. I've never kept the rainbows so I'm not sure if they were labeled right at the LFS. The pics aren't great because I had to use the flash. They don't hold still long enough for me to turn the flash off and I don't have a remote flash... Sad

This one is a group of 4. The top one looks a bit different from the rest with the vertical banding and black markings on the caudal, dorsal and anal fins. Not sure if it is a male australian or what?
