The tanks is fairly calm actually. The jag is female, she is usually busy digging up all my gravel. They have been living together almost three years with no problems to say.

Wow. Im amazed she hasn't torn into the others given there aggressive nature.

Their aggression IMO is overrated. Given the space and tank mates with similar aggression they will tolerate tank mates. Some Jags are very aggressive and territorial but mine is very docil. I'm sure if there was a male in there to breed with she would no doubt kill everything.

What about the fire mouth? aggressive? How big do they get?

The firemouth don't back down to no one but is not aggressive. They typically get 5-6 inches.

When my oscars were small I had 2 fire mouths that would pick on the oscars even though the oscars had a good 2 inches on em.

Thanks guys. So I probably shouldn't add one to my tank? I'm mostly concerned about my Sevs getting worked.This is my currant tank.

So far every one gets along, the punk of the tank is the Jewel.
