a bought from my lfs the oddest mix of fishi have ever heard of. They are a cross between a blood re parrot and a jack dempsey/convict. anybody ever seen anything lke that before?

Nope, have seen short bodied Green Terrors and Green Terror BP mix but never JD-Convict/BP I would assume it looks like a longer ugly mutation of a Jack Dempsey.

JDs can cross with convicts and JDs can cross with parrots. I've seen convict x JDs before they looked a lot like cons with blue markings and a red ridge on the dorsal.

Depends on who crossed with who first and then the resulting pair after I think would depend on how they would look.
