What fun. A good time was had. Smile

Anyway I just got home not that long ago and it's near 2am.

I got a special tour of the quarantine building, rescue facilities and got to check out and feed the yearling green sea turtles at the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay. I may have found a home for Grunty, the RTCxTSN plus the Pacu, though I have gotten sort of attached to the Pacu.

Not only do they have some amazing salt water setups, but they've ended up with enough rescue South American fish that they built a 35,000g SA tank. They have two adult Silver Arowanas, 2 near full size Arapaima, some rays, some oscars, some pacu and a 2 foot Tiger Shovel Nose. Grunty would be hanging with that one after quarantine if/when he gets out there.

They started branching out into reptiles more, and I may have a home for some larger torts depending on what they want to do and keep.

I'm jealous...glad you had a good time and possibly finding a home for some of the rescues. Have to check out the site you posted later today.

Welcome back! Sounds like you had a great time. That shark reef aquarium sounds like an awesome place. Did you get any pics?

I gotta go through all of my pics. But I do have a bunch of them.

I've got a bunch from the front tanks, but couldn't bring my camera back into quarantine. Heck, I had to get changed before I got to go back in there. They run a much tighter ship than I do, but I imagine there's a lot more potential contaminants when your in the middle of a casino. Smile
