Well I went crazy.....picked up some fish for the 55g. I picked up 3 Giant Dianos, 3 Australlian Rainbows and a Peacock Eel. Yes an Eel.....this should be fun.

your going to love that peacock eel! mine is so funny hes so cool to watch! just be sure not to make the mistake I did and have a secure lid, not even an inch crack because they'll shoot out like toothpaste out a tube!

this is true, most eels are notorious for this, ive even heard of some of the larger types pushing the lid off the tank then jumping out lol

Goodluck with the new additions Mostlycichlids. Australian Rainbows are some nice looking fish. I like the Giant Dianos as well. Thier seemingly endless energy really added a lot to my 55.

WOW!! Finally you joined the good side... Good luck with your eel. Keep the tank covered. Feed him shrimp, bloodworms, and once in a while guppies. Put in a cave in for him. Post some pics.
