Flowerhorns and Rose Queen Cichlids.

I was checking out the Flowerhorns and Rose Queen cichlids today at Big Al's and I'm having trouble finding specifics on them.

I'm assuming they're a hybrid? I'm not having much luck finding more than pictures and people saying how pretty they are online. Anyone know what the original parents were?

yes they are hybrids. They are real aggressive. I think there a hybrid between RD, JD, SEV, ETC.... I am not 100% sure.

I can only imagine the level of aggressive. They were keeping them only one to a tank. Made me think there was some Oscar since they were really quite personable though. The one adult female would follow us up and down the tank and chase after the kid's finger.

I don't think you will find the same answer to what the parents originally were. Flowerhorns IMO are Red Devil/Severum. Rose Queen Red Devil/Midas. Both can get huge and aggressive. Some on MFK say they have Rose Queens as big as 17 inches and tall.
