Here are my new Neolamprologus Multifasciatus (previously Lamprologus). Only had them a week or two, so no fry yet - but I suspect the one female is already defending eggs/young fry. My tank has weird lighting that looks blue without the camera flash - the blue color is much lighter in real life than in the pictures.

Can anyone ID this? It appeared after I got the tank out of the box.

Very nice multis!!

The bottom pic looks to be some type of catfish. They can be a pest to your fish tank but I hear if you add water they will tend to go away (rather quickly too)

Great shots. The shellies look great.

That bottom is a domestic short hair catfish I believe. They can become a nuisance. Some folks like to keep them.

Lol too funny but I think you both have the catfish ID correct. Love the Shellies and the tank setup.

Nice looking multis! That tank is way over stocked with that catfish, IMO you might want to upgrade What a Face

Thanks! I thought that tank was overstocked. I tried upgrading the catfish to my 65g, but the goldfish were mean to him - they bit his tongue - several times.
I put him with his friend and he is happy now. Smile
