| How long have you had her? And does she look swollen? I've had several do that for a few days and worry me but they would pull through. I would up water changes and just keep watch on her. | |

| Also make sure sense he/she is now in the ten gallon there is not too much current....could stress her more. Besides the above questions how is the water quality? | |

| Glad to hear it. You might consider giving her some shelled green peas just in case she might be a little bloated. It doesn't hurt the fish. I do it to mine once a week because they are such little pigs. Just nuke the peas first, shell it and though it in. | |

| I use frozen peas but I don't see the harm in canned peas, just would hate for you to open a whole can just to get a few. I guess you could freeze the remainder and use as needed. (In case you didn't know the peas help with constipation.) | |

| If you use canned peas be sure to get unsalted. | |

| Heat some water in the microwave and drop the peas in for five or ten minutes. | |

| They can all eat it. It won't hurt them. It will just make them poo. If the males are acting fine I wouldn't worry about giving them the peas. | |

| Whew, I just don't have the patience!!!lol I have raised angels from eggs and through a lot of tears and heartache I have four babies(that are full grown now) out of hundreds. I just don't think I could take it.
You should start a thread on how to breed bettas though. You might help someone who wants to learn. | |
