| I just checked the tracking number.....they arrived in Reedsburg today at 4:05 pm, so I am sure they will be here tomorrow!!!!
Yes, Dawg I know I worry about the no heat pack thing too. Although my Acei's did not have a heat pack either and they were fine...it was colder then too, so just keep your fingers crossed for me and my fishes!!!

| OMFG!!!!!!!!!! 6 out of 8 were dead! He had so much blue stuff in the water the fins of 3 of them were acutally blue...one of the guys eyes were actually BULDGING he looked like he had been dead for days!!!!!!
I have two nice looking ones swimming around in my tank right now, and am very happy for them...but the 6 others I feel so bad for!! He had 4 in each bag..the water barely covered them, they were in a coler box thing with just a little bit of popcorn stuff in the bottom, they were most likely tossed around like crazy cause there was so much room in the box it was just stupid! He said he was putting oxygen in the bag...well if he did shouldn't the bags of been "plump"? They were just like I took a bag from home added some water and the fish...there was no "air" in the bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Thank you everyone...yes, I do agree they are very nice looking and so far they are doing pretty good. They were "gasping" for a while and had their fins going a hundred miles an hour, but that has subsided now. I can't stop going in and looking at them! I agree Nevr, hopefully he learned from this! He did apologize and I think offering to ship more at no charge is nice of him...now lets just see how this turns out before I decide what I think of him | |

| Grrrrr, I am begining to worry...I sent the guy a email on Saturday. I have yet to hear anything back from him. I just sent a new one asking when he thinks he will be able to send them, hope I hear something soon. Otherwise I need to look for more elsewhere. I was planning to look for my Rusty's next, but want to get all the others first. | |

| Lady G who are you getting the fish from? Is it a vender, aqua bid or local? If you end up having problems let us know where you got them from so anyone who reads this can avoid or think twice about buying from this person.
How are the acei's doing?

| These were from a guy on Aquabid Mike. I normally have had good experiences there, but this one is really making me mad. I just checked my email and still nothing. If I haven't heard from him by tomorrow, it is really going to tick me off. After work I'll look his name up in my email and let ya know exactly which guy I got them from. The Acei's are doing wonderful | |

| Well, he sent me something finally. He said that he ordered the heat packs and is just waiting on them to get to him. He said he has no idea how long it will take b/c the person he orders them from sometimes sends them regular mail and other times "media" (whatever that means) which apparently takes "forever" he said. So he will send me a email when he gets them and is ready to ship....so I guess we will wait and see. Thanks Mike....Paul, lets wait and see if he makes good on his word. I wont be ordering anything from him again I know that. | |

| Well, apparently "media mail" is slow. He said that the person has a "box" and once it is full they shipit out so it depends on how busy the person is as to how quick the items are shipped. He said that ONE time it took like 10 days, but normally takes around 4-5 days, so it SHOULD be next week when I get them.
Guys, I was wondering....where I didn't add them all at the same time do you think I will have a problem????
